Karz Electronics/dead Focals part 2

I wrote awhile ago about a problem I was having with my Focal speakers. Just wanted to say that my dead Focals, that were out of warranty, were replaced by Karz with no hassle what so ever! After recieving such crap support from other companies in the past I was very pleasantly supprised by this! This is my second time dealing with Karz and I must say that they are very pleasant people to deal with and they truly seem to care about thier customers. Thank you Karz and also Audiowaves.

A while ago..... I had a Focal 27V 11" sub with a split foam surround problem from a customer. and I had no luck getting parts or service from Focal for the repair as Its was discontiued.... But Phil at Karz gave me a replacement 27V at no charge to fix the problem. Is that great service or what! [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img] and I believe the sub was out of the warranty period also. Thanks again Phil!
