what if u took ur door panel off and sprayed some rockerguard/bedliner stuff on the inside panels to try and seal it off? only thing i can think of besides putting a bag on ur speaker but that will probably make a weird noise when playing

do you meanthere getting submerged or just wet?
If there just getting wet from water and gravity kind of thing i would buy those crappy tire things and cut away the bottom half,so its like a baseball hats brim sort of thing. just an idea

speakers

no they aint gettin submerged in water,,,just a couple of drops but the drops were landing on they + and - terminals,,,,,im not exactly sure if the speaker is ruined,,maybe after it dries off it will be ok,,,,its kinda like the water was shorting out the speaker,,the water was conducting power to the + and _ terminals at the same timemaybe just tape up the termnials

That's why you shouldn't mount XO's in your door... simple.

well i installed some baffles made by metra,,,i cut off the bottoms of them so my speaker can get the air it requires to operate properly,,,so the wires and cone and voice coils are protected from the rain but the a smidgin of the magnet aint,,,needless to say the speaker hasnt shorted ever since i installed the baffles and its been rainin here for a week
