Kenwood x1200M

Hey all.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this amp?
Kenwood x1200m
http://www.kenwood.ca/Car_Entertainment/eXcelon/Amplifiers/X1200M

I'm trying to decide between this amp and the jL 500/1 Amp

jL is almost alot more in price, but the kenwood has higher specs

I've seen the jL in action and love it.

Just wondering if anyone has used the Kenwood, and what their thoughts on it are.

Thanks in advance.

The kenwood amp is CEA rated and has surpassed the maufacturers rated power in both 4 and 2 ohm. I would go with the kenwood over the jl, just due to the substantial difference in power for less cost. It also has more features that will be more beneficial than the JL.

Just curious as to where you've found this info? I've been searching all over and joining alot of forums looking for information.

Thank you.
I currently purchased the Kenwood, got it at a steal $200.
But its dimming my lights
I've done 2 of the big 3
and ran new cabling for my audio system.

Just gotta get a new battery now

What kind of vehicle? It pulls an average of 140 amps at full tilt at 2 ohms. Make sure you properly perform the big three. And you might want to look into a bigger alternator before a battery. As for the info, i read alot.lol
