I have Chrysler concorde a 4 ch Phoenix Gold Octane-R 8.0:4 I amp and i want to change the factory comp I have both Kicker ks6.5 or Cliff design QX6500C which are better? The kickers have smaller magnets on them but i don't know if that affects the sound?

the Cliff design QX6500C are 400.00 on sale they once retailed for close to 800.00.......or so I was told...any other opinions??

I also saw some Cdt Audio CL-61 for 160.00 I could sell the kicker and clif design and get the cdt's if they are better?

Try to get CDT HD line. Do not bother with CL. User Ross on here will give you best prices on CDT. Kicker you have is just disaster. No experience with Cliff stuff, but I guess you get what you pay for, they sound expensive.

I personally enjoyed my clif designs subs, but they recently went under and were bought out. I find most kicker speakers very fatiging to listen to, especially at high volumn!

I am currently using 4 pairs of these in my SUV. Mated with a 12W7 and using JL power. Very clean without colouration. They add nothing to the signal path but will reveal weak links upstream. PM me for further information.
