A component or power supply doesn't normally just go by itself - it's either the output is also blown which overloads the supply and causes it to blow or it could have been caused by any external installation. You can try replacing those components but not only those are about $5 to $7.00 each but a big possibilities that it would blow it again. It's really you're call but to us, we value this type of amplifier and we're here to help car audio enthusiast guys like you whenever help is needed.

from the looks of that amp it has already been repaired
more than likely that transistor beside the on thats blown is paired with it
and it should be replaced with a matched batch transistor
and from the looks of it it wasn't
poor repair job that was looking to become a problem again

you can see on the burnt transistor where the legs have been either extended or just soldered to the old exsisting legs
you can see solder on the legs of it
if you look at the lettering on the transistor you can see it is not the same lettering size or style
as in repairing the amp yourself i wouldnt recommend it
more than likely there is more damage than what is visable
not replacing all the blown part can cause all your new parts and possibly some of your own parts to blow all over again
