kicker L5 and L7

does any one know the differentness between the kicker L7 and L5

mainly power handling.
the L5 is rated at roughly 75% the power of the L7
acoustically I dont see a difference.
I had the S12L7 for years and love it.
If you have lots of power go with the L7

I was told at a dealer, that the L5 is better for rock music, and the L7 is better for rap/dance. It was something about the cone on the L7 has deeper concave on it.
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
