I'm basically looking for a battery that charge up fast and maintain above 12.8v or higher that has large researve capacity. (2hr+ with constant 30A draw)

The hawker battery is also available in a copycat form from stinger or tsunami.

basically the same but not the same. Hawkers are louder. But we're talking a couple tenths more than likely. Certainly not a big difference at all. For most people whatever is cheapest and fits your battery tray easier is the way to go out of the heavy hitter batteries.
g31, kinetik 2000 or 2400, hawker 1700 or 2150, or northstar nsb90 should all bounce back really quickly after a large draw and should be able to take that load for a while. Could just be that your g31 is a bit tired.

Its funny that the Spl'er notice this kind of diff in numbers...... I have done research a while back basically looking for the best SQ batt... to see if there are difference between different technology & designs in batteries, and you'll be surprise what the finding was. and i'm not talking about just the voltage difference either.
The Optima g31 was one of the better ones, but its a bit tired now.. i had it for about two years. Its not that the batt is going bad...... its the voltage is lower then what it used to be. as my system demands min 26amps at idle (no music) so its a bit hard on the batteries for sure.
btw: so who sells Hawkers?

People have tested the 2150 to be louder than the 2400... but I've also seen tests going the other way. In the end it all depends on the individual battery you get. (ie: one from each brand could be louder than the other)
