Thumbs up Lets hear some good storys....

Alright i just finshed argueing with my block the ****in hate me just because and as they would call it the "Boomer" haha found that one funny. but anyways.5 out of 10 times i have the subs half way up so one dude came to my house and bitched me out. I told him more you complain ill just turn it up even louder.. then we exchanged some good words. the ones you really take to heart. makes you proud to what you built.

Once i was driving in the states. when i come to a stop i like to be nice enough and turn it down on the subs. and just leave the high end Whatever. anyways this lady jumps out of here car i cames to my window and tears me a new one... haha of could i would do the sinceable thing and turn it up just like you would when your GF or wife is talking to you. its kinda funny when you know there yelling at you and all you see if there lips moving.

i just want to hear some kick *** storys about your stereo and complaints about it being to loud.

I've never had anyone complain, but one time I was pumping gas and my friend blasts late night tip. This lady beside us is telling someone on her cell "THE WHOLE CAR WAS SHAKING!!" I thought it was pretty funny.

TBH I think you have to have a little respect for the areas you drive in. I never crank the system in any home areas especially my own. Much easier to live in the area when your not a disturber. Unless Klown comes to town then I here about it for days

well sooner or later, if you keep pissing people off, they'll complain enough to have more, and/or stronger laws passed to restrict aftermarket stereos. Always remember, to audio geeks like us, loud systems are cool, but to the voting majority it's a pain in the *** and irritating. If they get angry enough, all our fun is over!! Just like the speed freaks are starting to learn that being reckless on public roads has already caused a serious backlash against aftermarket speed gear. Many insurance companies won't insure a vehicle with any aftermarket gear now, and cops are even looking for those cars on regular long weekend blitzes now...If you all just behaved a little, we could all enjoy this stuff forever....If we don't...we'll be dreaming of cool systems and fast cars while we're cruising in our factory oem equipped, cookie cutter cars!!

hahahahahaha That is too funny!!! Just wait til im done the new system, the neighbors will be complaining before I even turn onto your road!! lol.. Anyways I have a good story,
I was driving down a local road, and came to a red light, The stereo was almost off, bass **** was off, and this kid was makin some faces at me, So I instintively laugh, shake my head and his mom in the front seat looks in the mirror, gives me a dirty look and turns red with anger! So I look at the GF, turn the music up, roll my window down about half way, and just enough to hear the words of her (couldn't make it out, nor did I care) I cranked the bass ****, rattled her mirrors, her kid jumps forward and im laughin the WHOLE time!!! Gf is now laughin light turns green, she books it, I try to follow but Meh, Because of this whole event I made my point!! It was great..Other then that I try to keep it down in my area, My neighbors for the most part are quiet in the mornings, let me sleep in, so I return the favour of coasting my car in or not revving it like a wanna be gino, turn my stereo off(when I have one in) and when other kids come ripping through my area(freinds or not) I usually stop them tell them there are tons of lil ones running around free range and they usually stop what they are doing!! COmmon Courtesy

im with everyone here when they say courtesy.

but other then that.. especially the city i live in, your better off not you blast your subs especially when your about to park, just makes you a huge heatscore. and its even worse if you do it by your house. ive never had anyone complain, but then again i dont crank it in residential areas or anything. outside the cities/on the highway then go for it!

It's the idiots that drive around town with their stereo's wanging to get everyone's attention who end up whining because their gear got stolen.
What do you expect? You're out there pumping the Late Night Tip trying to impress some or **** or whatever the morons are into and then you're shocked that you got a little of the wrong attention and someone followed you home and stole your gear.

Use a little common sense and keep your gear long enough to enjoy it.

When I had my 2 Mach5 18's in my wagon, I could do 146db with the windows down inside the car.... nobody in my neighbourhood or surrounding areas knew how loud my system was becuase I never cranked it up.

I had 2 18's sitting in the back of my wagon, in PLAIN VIEW, and nobody touched em in the 4 months they were there.

In the daytime I drove around with 2 12's almost-full volume, but they weren't even that loud outside from the car, mostly rattles. At night I turned it down anyways, if you don't you're an , it's kind of like a cop siren going off near your house, because to most people bass is 'noise', show some courtesy. I live in a very rural area though, so there's nobody to even complain .
