My systems for next season is as follows. Mutt, I'm about to use the "H" word, and all in capitals too!

HYBRID AUDIO L1 Pro Tweeters
HYBRID AUDIO L4 mid range
HYBRID AUDIO L8 mid bass
CARDAS Golden Referance Speaker Cable
CARDAS Golden Referance RCA Cable
IXOS pure quartz optical (tos-link) Cable
JL Audio HD 600/4 (two of them)
JL Audio HD 750/1
Alpine 9860
Alpine H701 with controler

My system is still under construction as you can see in the install section.
Should be ready for spring.
I have absolutely nothing against Hybrid, Scott and nearly everyone else there has been fantastic to me.
I know you'll do amazing things with Hybrid that I just wasn't able to do.
You know my issues with Hybrid are one person only.

you're still not in my class so I don't even care...neener neener.

fozz, HAT seems like one of the best routes for competing to me for quality and support. But I am sure you already know that...
I'd like to try hat for sure.

Alpine DVA-9861 H.U.
Alpine PXA-H701 and RUX-C701 combo
CDT ES-010 Tweeters
CDT ES-4 Midrange
CDT ES-06 Midbass (2 pairs per door... I like my midbass)
CDT QES-1220 Subs (2X)
PPI Art Series Ax400 4X50W (tweets and mids)
Soundstream Tarantula TRA800.2 2X400W (midbass)
Clarion DPX11500 1X1500W (subs)
2 X 0/1AWG for power
Stinger distribution blocks
Monster Cable and Planetaudio interconnects. (nothing fancy)

In this setup, I think my favorite thing is detail and midbass and sheer volume I get out of it. What needs to be changed though, is the car and subwoofer box. Stupid plastic saturn.... lol

See sig. Best thing I have found is it is very clear and clean. The way I would describe it is, it gets loud, but doesn't seem like it's loud. I like my subs, but they are the first thing I am going to be replacing. After 4 years of faithful service they are due to be retired soon. 380wrms is just not enough bass anymore, going to try 1x 12" at 1100wrms and see how that is.
