looking for a new sub...
hey guys. I picked up a daily driver as my truck is abit too far from street legal anymore.
at anyrate, I have a Ultimate T3-1000d powering a Clif Designs CD120C wired at 4 ohms in a ported box tuned too 30hz before displacment. this setup has done me well for over a year now. its pretty loud down low-exactly what I like. but now that I have a steady job, and a decent dailydriver, im looking to do a nicer setup in it.
first things first, im looking at a new sub. heres my wants:
single sub.
12"
want it to be quick, in a ported box
more important then quick, is to be able to hit low notes(gona port new box around 28hz this time)
be able to handle 1500+WRMS(I have no problem overpowering a sub tho)
im looking along the lines of an IDmax, Braham, and REsx.
do you guys have any opinions on a decent sub?
