Thanks for everyones responses to my last post. So I think Im going to get a small amp for the speakers. So now Im searching for an amp with a really small footprint, something I can hide inside the car under teh dash or something like that, perhaps inside my console. I want it to have atleast 20RMS per channel, and at least a 2 channel, For the front speakers. Any suggestions for a tiny amp, I like to purchase preferably from a canadian reatiler, just cause of border shipping issues and costs.
thanks

I owned two soundstream lil'wonders for over two years and I loved them. Very small footprint, and good clean power. I'd say they are somewhere in the range of 50-60 watts RMS per channel. I ran a pair of full range speakers with one of them, and it sounded great. Soundstream does not make them anymore, but you may be able to find one second hand, or 'new old stock' from a dealer somewhere in Canada.

MTX 4122 I think it's one of the smaller amps if not the smallest that MTX makes, One of my friends has one and he is looking to get rid of it for $75CDN!

here are the specs

If I can find it, I would let my Clarion 601a go for $40 + shipping. It's rated @ 30 RMS per channel, benched at 34x2 @ 4 ohms and 126x1 @ 4 ohms ...

Again, I'd have to find it first

The Memphis M-class and older Studio class have a tiny footprint. Take a look at the Memphis site.
