cut your peice to size out of wood. Glue it to the plexi, and router it out.

Not to hard.

Make sure you use a nice new flush trib bit

 

It's not a question of how...I have no tools...no time...and no installer in my area wants to waste his time doing this...

I figure this has got to be worth a few bucks to someone.

 

just go down to your local glass shop, they will probably be able to do it for cheap

i have a decent router and a selection of Router bits. if you;re willing to get the plexi and drop on by on a sunday, we could do it in my garage (free of course).
