Here is a colour coded fuse rating system
Violet.......3A
Tan..........5A
Brown......7.5A
Red.........10A
Blue........15A
Yellow......20A
Colourless..25A
Green.......30A

So that First Amp has a 30A Fuse; I'm guessing you're looking at the most 300wrms.

That second bigger amp has 4 25A fuses (100A)

With that being said does the amp have to draw the full 30A to get all the power? or can it make all it's power sayin pulling only 20amps for example? Is that where it's efficency would come into play?

I already assumed some loss in that calculation.
The Max draw it could get @ 14.4V is 432 watts.
I was going on the genrous side said it could produce 300 Watts; My guess assuming about 60% efficiency would be 250 watts.
