Lightning makes a couple pretty loud subs, and I believe their amps are Rockford if I'm not mistaken, a friend of mine uses a small 200WRMS Lightning amp it's pretty sweet for an amp that only sells for like 200 some odd bucks.

Lets not forget how many competitors use their wiring and accesories.
