midbass or sub for s10?Need advice ASAP
I have a set of boston 6.43's that I'm putting in a s10(reg cab).I was going to buy two 8in. subs for the very small space behind the seat.I now have a chance to buy four boston pro 6 1/2 midbass.I was thinking maybe to go with them instead of the subs.I really don't need alot of bass, just good sound and decent bass.Do you think the 4 midbase(two in the doors make six) will have a good sound?I will be running a old school punch 400x4 and a pioneer deh-p9400mp deck.
Please post because I will be buying the boston pros. in about an hour. Will they sound OK?

Mike, the BA Pro-Series components are fine drivers but even with the added Pro6's it is not a substitute for a dedicated subwoofer IMO.
Also, I have used the BA Pro-Series comps and found them to be quite power hungry. For them to really come out and shine they like a good deal of power so don't be afraid to give it to them.
