Hello, I'm looking for owners manual for a mmats power amplifier D100 and a LM4065. If anyone has an extra copy for either one, or both, or could provide a copy (photocopy), I'd be most greatful. I'm willing to pay whatever the costs may be. Thank you

yeah,I got no response. From what I gather I'm not the only one. Not very good customer service if you ask me.

 

Might have to phone them, that is the only real way to contact most of these companies, with a few exceptions.......

I have been trying to get manuals for my 1400.5 and the juggernaut for over a year now. Email just doesnt seem to work with them.

I have tried online searches and have come up empty.

 

I used to deal directly with them... they do have very good customer support. very organized and polite

if you call, have well organized and educated questions ready to ask. keep in mind they are in the same time zone as ontario and quebec... they are located in riviera beach ,florida.
if I rememebr correctly their hours of operation are 8:30am - 4:30pm
a good person to ask for when you call is Dave Thompson. be polite most of all and dont bicker that you have been calling and emailing... without success... and yes sometimes you have to wait on hold or call back... dont epect them to call you back if you are not a distributor or a retailer. they get these calls ALOT!
