Im gonna ignore the stuff about my ignorant comments since they were sarcastic and not so much ignorant.
Lumina kid, Do you think that stereos are the only thing that get stolen from peoples cars? Iv heard or rims, spoilers, interior mods all getting jakked from people. You cant go through life worrying about that, it takes the fun out of it. Heres what i would do assuming you dont got a lot of money and are still in school. 1. Save up for an alarm. Even if you dont have a stereo in your car people will stay away hopefully if they see the flashy little light that warns them. And you will feel much more confident about leavin ur car parked somewhere. We all know your a big drinker, you need to leave the car and take a cab sometimes.
2. Why do you want a big performance muffler? A mufflers not gonna do much for ya unless you have the engine mods done to go with it. Get yourself a 40$ cherry bomb from crappy tire, there loud and u can put a nice chrome tip on them.
3. Im not sure how much you think a digital dash costs but no affence i think thats a bit unrealistic right now. Your looking at a lot of money for one of those.
4.Neons? Ya sure why not, get the lady friend in the back seat in the mood you'll be loven it. Lumina's got nice big back seats dont they?
5. For the price your gonna pay for a set of rims for your ride you'd be better off puttin it towards a pimpin stereo then the rims.

Listen to these guys.. If I had a bunch of money to burn I'd rip the drivetrain out of my car and go realwheel with a large V6.... probably 4.3 supercharged 
then I need afermarket suspension, new rims, bodykit, exhaust, chop the roof, ect... ect.. In reality I got some 1/2 *** alum alloys and I may throw on some fresh pain in the summer as I have paint shop space I can rent for some beer... with a moddified GT body... got a (homemade)ram air intake I made... and a few other silly things to keep myself occupied... oh ya the stereo is OK too..
Anyway.. If I was really going to go out and spend a ton of cash, Id probably buy a nicer car and use that.. Read: aformentioned camaro w/350 would be nice...

digital dash cost alot im guessing. ouch and i was thinking they would be cheap just go to the junk yard and presto i got me a digi dash. ok so mabey i should wait till i got me some money and i actually have a real job. i guess i won't be entering my car in the spring fling for best looking interior. i guess ill wait and just but a brand new mustang and mod the hell out of that sucker.

Dude im not tryin to discourage you or anything. If you wanna try and pimp your ride than do it up, im just saying you got expensive taste for having a small bank account. So do I, Sure i would like to be able to through away 2 grand for a nice amp and subs but no i stick to my budget and go with MTX, somthing that I can afford and at the same time be happy with.

yeah everyone has a good point, and you also have a good point, you love that car its your baby and you want to treat it good thats completley understandable. but... one day you'll realize that your list that you just put down there will cost you about the same ammout of money as a really nice new or newer car will. dont be one of these people that dumps that much stuff into a car thats not really worth it and then gets really sad about it later and offs themselves, i've had many of these friends and its a crappy thing to deal with, plus alot of that stuff is kinda cheesemo. get an alarm, put in a decent stereo, see what kinda deals on like used rims or other stuff you can get and save up and get a really nice car worth modding. that would be the best route, not trying to slag you just being realistic.

yeah and like someone was saying earlier you'd ****e yourself if you actually knew how much a digital dash from someone like dakota digital will run you. however much you paid for you car would probably equal the digital dash. i knew a guy that bought some digital gauges and they were like 350-600 a piece. lotta cash, air ride is probably going to be a few grand, rims and tires atleast a grand, wing 300-800 bucks, body kit if available 600-up, then paint for the car atleast 1500, neon kit like 300 bucks, neon lights inside 100 bucks, so your looking just about 7 grand just for those goodies. doesnt make sence man.
