Would like to know what are the amps to look for, street class and stock class. I beleive db drag is 12.4 volts with the vehicle turned off of coarse, and IASCA is 15.5 volts with the car running. Specs can be with strapped amps like american Bass, crossfire etc. as far as I know D3's puts out 2800 watts rms. etc(would like to find out the specs on the hifonics Colloses if I could please) thank you for your 2 cents, like to find what batts you have tested the amps on please eg.stinger 1700, 2150cca.

It changes all the time man.. seriously. There's always new amps coming out so the best thing to do is just buy which ever would suit your application the best. (in terms of Ohm load)

A lot of people are using the Colossus lately though.. and Hifonics has just started to release the Goliath.. either one of those should do you very well.

Talk to Chris Cecco about them...

I know jordy I started this so people would have an idea as to the power and specs that some of the new amps put out as there ALWAYS new products coming out so often like you said. as for your remark Prolifik I would test but I don't have my own term lab yet and the closest person is 1 1/2 hr away, I don't have time to drive and go and test. As I am a interlocking stone supervisor and work 13hours a day 6 days a week.I have only made it to one show this year.
HAPPY TESTING!

chris, first of all u dont need a termlab to measure an amp's power output and other specs. secondly, if u want all that info just look in the amp's manual.

I would be inclined to say the manual would be one of the WORST places to find accurate information on power output of an amplifier. Also, efficiency is a huge factor in a street amplifier and an accurate test between amps is difficuly to do without either a meter or a good multimeter and and ammeter, which both run around $800. If the info in a manual meant anything I would be buying pyramid or jensen.

**** man Josh is running 4- E-Audio 3000D's. Sure blew my little VR4000D out of the water, but with another may be interesting to see the #'s.
