Hey guys, i'm looking at getting this for my headunit so I have an AUX in to hook up my portable MP3 player:

Does anyone know how the sound quality would be? Would it even be worth it? Thanks.

If the mp3 player has a line out then I dont think it should be too bad, just adjust it so that the volume is fairly low on the mp3 player but so that its high enough that you dont have to crank your deck to full blast.

I am thinking of picking up a creative Labs 20GB model and hooking it up to my eclipse.

My MP3 player doesn't have line outs. I have a RCA to male adapter so I can plug it in my headphone jack on the MP3 player then to the AUX on the headunit. Will that change anything?

The line out would sound better but it should be ok with the headphone jack.
