My amp shutdown
First off -
My sub amp shutdown on me yesterday after work. Checked outputs on HU and they operating correctly. Metered my ground, battery, and remote connections.....all operating correctly.
I am running a RF punch 125.2(2 channel 75watt rms per channel/250 rms bridged). I have my amp bolted down to my box. I never noticed before, but there is no external fuse on this amp that i can see. Is there one inside amp case? under?
My speaker load is a 4ohm 150 rms max, so the amp can easily handle this. I know these amps have x-cards in them. Could this have blown a component possibly? is this common?
Just lookin for a lil input before i start un-bolting everything tomorrow p.s this amp never runs hot and showed know signs of malfunction
thnx

Try a different set of RCA's if you can.
I take my stuff to an audio shop close to home, they just hook it up to a head unit running on the bench for free... amp could be done and you could be wasting your time...
