My Power Supple I got from a dead computer in my house

All the holes have been made

With everthing in the box

A Side veiw with my amp

A side note if anyone knows how to mod a computer power supple to get more amps of it because I only am running off of 9 amp and when I turn it up the lights on the deck blink with the bass and I think my Pre ampoutput isn't working on it how would I find out???

is that supply even big enough???

i am going ot be doing this with a few extra things i have.

i did it before but the power supply went into clip all the time.

what i am doing is taking the subwoofer pre-out on my receiver and splitting it into right / left pre-outs.

running these through a powered PLD-1 line driver and into a huge 2 channel car amp then into a pair of PPI flat piston 10's in individual boxes located at the corners of my room.

i did it with two other subs and it was SICK, at minimum volume.. any more and it cut out.

i ordered a big fat pyramid power supply (i know pyramid..blah, but power is power) so that i can run it at decent volumes. it has adjustable voltage so i can play with that as well..

Get a proper 12v supply, a PC supply won't cut it.

agreed?

but then i dont see any subs there, just a pair of 6 x 9's and 5.25's off a deck... maybe the comp supply will do for that.
