It will sound good DEPENDING on the quality of the installation. Do a half assed installation and you'll get half assed sound.

First off, very nice selection of equipment.

You never mentioned where or how the midranges are going to be installed. The best place would be the kick panels. But where ever they do go, try to dampen the area as well as possible. Even a single layer of Brown Bread (see the B-Quiet link above)can make a big difference.

Make sure you get the installer to show you how to adjust the tweeter level on the passive cross-over. Focal tweeters sound too bright to some, the passive cross-over have a switch on them to turn down the tweeters in relation to the mids.

Have fun,

Adam

I only see one 2ch amp in that system though...
Is that running the comps or the subs?

Only an opinion, but one that is tried and true. Eliminate the Clarion and Audio Control line driver, you have a good, relly good selection otherwise. From the looks of things you are after a good sounding system, thus MP3 should not be a priority. If this is the case great, if not well there is a way to get it later. I understand the need for a line driver, I do not understand the need for 2 pieces of equipment + install time and parts to do the job of what one unit can. Consider the Eclipse CD5423 or CD8443 cd player, they both have non clipping high voltage 5v rms and 8v rms low impedance preouts. These are a couple of the only cd players on the market that do wha they are designed to do, that is sound better than pretty much anything else on the market. Not to knock the Scarion, but it is not a comparable deck to any Eclipse cd player. If you want good sound, it all starts at the cd player....
