My new 8" Sub

I just wanted to comment on my new 8" JBL Subwoofer.

I am very new to Car audio but i managed to do everything by myself on my very first install.

Now that everything is up and running, i have to express that the sound that comes out of my little 8" sub is just incredible to say the least!

The whole car shakes and i feel the bass in my chest. I would have never expected that kind of bass to come out of such a small box.
I must have done a really good job when i constructed the ported box for it...thanks Sikk Nation for suggesting to go with ported instead of sealed.

How do you guys with two 12" subs do it? Maybe i am getting too old but it would blow my head off along with the windows in my car

J

what model 8" is it, and in what vehicle? (smart car lol)
I am intentested in how you are getting that much output out of such a small sub.

Powered by Alpine V-Power MPR M450

I forgot to mention that the bass has so much impact that it actually moves the hair on my head...its pretty sick.
