My problem is that sometimes when i am trying to skip a song, i push the button and instead of changing songs it acts like i pushed the power button, or I am changing it to radio or Aux, any suggestions on what i can do to remedy this? I have only had the deck less than a week, so this isn't like its just wearing out. When i use the remote the problem doesn't happen. Anyone got an idea? because i don't know whats up. Possible it was hooked up wrong? I don't THINK it was but....well I'm taking suggestions.

I'd appreciate any help, Thank You

Sounds like the buttons on the face plate are whacky,, where you press on one button but another one makes contact.. less then a week old i would take it back to where it was purchased.. if the remote is working then its obviously somewhere in the face plate of it.

ya, its not really cold out here, on the plus side in fact, its seems that the faceplate isn't making the contact it should. when it starts acting up I push on the faceplate itself then the button is fine. But anywayz, dun matter, after less than a week this shouldn't be happening, guess i'll have to make 45 minute trip to return it.
