I am looking to compete in the Street A class and I still need to choose a sub. I have a modified D2 from 20h right now. I got about $300-400 to spend on a spl sub and i dont know which one to get. This is my first time competing and I want to buil a ported box for the sub that is about 3-3.5 cubic feet. The system is going to go in a 93 grand am. Im not shure maybe even if 2 10inch subs are louder. I need some suggestions on what sub or sub's to go with. Eigther 1 12inch or 2 10 inch and my budget is 300-400 Canadian. Thanks for any help

2 10 inch L7's is your best and cheapest bet if u want 2 10's. get a dual 2 ohm pair and burp them at 0.5 ohm on that D2

you can't go wrong with L7's for a first crack at a spl system. plus the extra surface area is a bonus
