I have a orion 1200d, but mines blown and I need a number on a fet inside the amp, if anyone feels comfortable opening up the amp and getting me the number that would be awsome.

Hello Steve,

On any amplifier when the outputs let go there is usually other parts that need to be replaced as well. Then the amp will have to have the idle current adjusted/checked etc.

I would suggest taking it to a well known repair shop that has worked on car audio amps in the past.

I would still like to get the number of the fet anyways.

 

Give someone like Visions or A&B and ask them who they use in Vancouver to repair their car amps. Make sure you ask someone in the car dept.
