need a second opinion on new subs

hello
im not really familiar with the car audio scene, but i am looking for 2 new 12 inch subwoofers, because i blew my old ones due not having the right rms according to the audio tech at brands mart. they stated that they do not have the right subs for my amp, so i was wondering if someone could recommend me some subwoofers that would be perfect for my amp. i have a "1300W RMS MonoBlock Class D Picasso Series Car Amplifier" somebody helped me out before and suggested I shouls get these and I just wanted a second opinion before I went out and purchased them.
all the help would be greatly appriciated.
Thank you.

Your tech is only partially right, yes the amps output has a factor in the equation but more importantly is your enclosure. What type of enclosure were these woofers in? and what is the internal volume?
