I have a 2000 gmc ext cab 4*4 and need suggestions on what sub to use. I will be putting 1 10" or one 12" under the rear driver side seat. However if you know the truck you know subwoofer depth will be an issue. Probably have 6.75" max and that might still be tight. I am more of a SQ guy than a SPL fan. My existing system is Eclipse deck
Macrom mids and tweets
EFX amp running the mids
DLS 5*7 in rear doors ran off deck power
Sub : ????????
Sub Amp Alpine pdx 1.1000

I've heard not bad things about the newer shallow mount Pioneers if you'd believe that. I'm not into the Pioneer thing but although I have not heard one, you may want to take a listen and take a listen.
