What's 'a good price'? Also, while you don't have to take our suggestions or input, it sure does feel good to know that some of the things we recommend sink in a bit. Never-the-less, best of luck with your amp and pre-fab box, I'm sure they sound great!

i paid $485 in total
(includes shipping )

Brad-S.A. 07-08-2007 07:50 PM

If your getting it from the US count on about $35-40 for brokerage fees if shipped by anything else other then USPS. And about 7% duty

vannymck 07-08-2007 07:52 PM

i find the vendors make the brokerage and taxes seem worse then they are

i just ordered $1300 worth of stuff from the states and my taxes and

brokerage fee's totaled $62.12.............with ups

Brad-S.A. 07-08-2007 08:03 PM

And have you received the bill from UPS that they mail you. You think we are making it worst. That was a very conservative quote. Bottom line is UPS's fee's are very clear and is $35-40 plus duty of 7% if not built in North America. I'm not sure what is hard to see about that. And if you bought $1300 just paying GST would be $78 so be prepared for a bill in the mail. Everyone thinks that when they receive the package and pay that fee at there door its over.....well its not.
