new car set up

hey , been awhile since I have been around.
Been doing some reading , and i'm looking for some info.
I'm buying a car next month , (parking the truck , cost too much to drive)
So I will be moving my audio stuff over to the car. what I have at the moment in the truck is
Alpine head Unit 7995
Two Orion HCCA-D600 (Controls the Subs)
One Alpine MRV-F450 5/4/3(Controls the 4 other speakers)
Two Orion C2 122
Two bass worx 12" sealed Boxes GSH12BK
Two Kenwood 4 Way 6x9's they look really close to these . I think output is about the same http://cgi.ebay.com/PAIR-NEW-KENWOOD-6x9-800-WATT-4-WAY-CAR-SPEAKERS-6-x-9_W0QQitemZ270123882033QQihZ017QQcategoryZ14942QQs sPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
two after market door speakers (leaving in truck)
The Step up is Goofy but I bought 1 orion amp and sub , then some one I knew that bought the same setup a couple weeks before needed some cash , so I bought his setup as well.
now since I will have a trunk , I want to put this stuff in it.
6x9's will go in the deck lid.
I want to put the amps and subs in the truck . but I do not want to leave them in these boxes , i would much rather have 1 single box ,
Some things I do want to add are:
Changer
XM Radio
and last Maybe USB Hook up down the road

I know I will need some sort of link to add more then 1 AI-net device.
I'm not really sure which one is the right one?
so a couple questions maybe the Guru's can answer.

1 which AI-net Link system will I need?
2 how should I do the subs and what style of box might fit best
3 where's the best place to get cables , either online or in Calgary.
last couple places I went to wanted 6/f for ground and 4.50/f for power.
I know I can get stinger off ebay cheaper then that and have it sent to my PO Box.

Power for this car I will do the "Big 3, I don't know about if replacing the Alternate is an idea or not , I might as well wait for it to crap out first ?

the car is a 92 Beretta GT , so it has the fold down rear seats.

thats for any answers you are able to feed to me and if you need any more info I can try and supply them.

TTFN
the truck is like the pictures I was thinking of a box something like this ,
