^ With that attitude in mind I would seriously look at your head unit install. Yes it may be solid and secure but it's fugly and premade looking. Any install judge worth his salt would appreciate work into getting that thing in there looking nice.

The HU LOOKS aftermarket I also have a simularly 'dated' interior, something with a dated look is appropriate (angular lines and rectangles).

Are you competing USACi or IASCA?... or both?
