Well ever since I have been a member hear I have been searching for a new sub. After months of thinking and overthinking, analyzing and over analyzing I chose a clif design sub. I know most of you are saying why? I had a few other threads on this topic and thanks to all who inputted. I chose the sub on the specs plus price (80.00). I did not want huge bass but just a little sq added to my system.

Well I used the .65 recommendation from clif design and put it in yesterday and I must say I am damn pleased. I am no car audio expert but do work with live sound for a living (live). I am very happy with the purchase and would actually be curious to compare all the so called "top brand" or expensive models to it just too see why expensive is better. My system is not the greatest( two 6" and a deck for now) but I am going to bit by bit upgrade my listening enjoyment but for anyone to wants to add a nice sounding sub for little price I recommend it.

I think you just sold me on trying one of these myself. Might go for the 12 though. How much power are you giving yours?

Thinking I'll grab a pair of the Clif 5.25 Phaxials while I'm at it. Would rather have Infinity, but anything's gotta be better than Chrysler's "premium" coaxials (which will get banished to rear fill duty now).

Anyone in Saskatoon know if XSCargo has the Clif stuff in stock? Will be up there on Wednesday.

I am currently giving my sub 200 watts only. As I said before even at this level I am impressed with the sub.

Sounds good to me... my wallet's already making me wait on the amp for the Clif, and the less I can get away with spending the happier I'll be. At the moment my "subwoofers" are some old Chrysler/Infinity 6x9's missing the tweeters run off the rear channels of my Pioneer DEH-P75DH. You can imagine how that sounds
