To your question thats what im working on right now

I have a kicker 1200.1 right now but i really want a orion 2500.1 but i don't think my electrical system could take that 2500.1

i might be able to help you out in the box department.....

as for an amp iirc the X's are only rated for about 1000 watts so the kicker amp would be a great choice.
