New Vehicle Ideas..

As most have seen I have the Cavalier up for sale to buy something different...but I can't decide whats the best way to go...
So here's the critiria for what I'm looking for:
Decent on gas
Room for flexibilty in dB Drag
Something that would do well in SPL
Be able to purchase for no more than $900
Must be somewhat functional even with equipment in it.
I have the chance to pickup a certain VO car, but I'm keeping the options open.
Here's some thoughts I have come up with andothers have suggested:
Caravan
Mazda pickup truck
Cavalier Wagon
Blazer/Jimmy
S-10 PU
CRX(But how functional would that be for me?)
Also looked at a 84 Civic WagoVan tonight that I think could work well.
I open this thread to your ideas....

Personally I would shoot for the Jimmy, Exploder idea. I always see Older Jimmy's going for around a grand, and they would be a good daily driver as well. The get pretty darn loud and are functional. Just my opinion as that is what I would do if I was to do it all over again.

I'm leaning towards this Civic WagoVan...Tons of room to build...The spare tire area is big enough for like 4 batteris...The back seat locks in two postions...the windsheild is really flat...there's enough room under hood for more than one alt.(if so desired)...its a manual choke pefect for setting upa t 2000 rpm...4 cyl so cheap on gas..and its so ghetto, I can paint it anyway I want and not feel guilty for doing it...Parts are el cheapo...And above all that, Honda's are known for going forever...
I think I can grab it for almost nothing too!!
