nice looking amp man

Wow, that's a lot of copper on the board! Not too often you see way more copper than you do epoxy. Better watch out or those guys on bicycles will jack your amp just to take it to the metal salvage yard ;)

I don't know exactly what I'm looking at inside the amp but it sure looks pretty :)

Hey
Looks nice, aside from the fan for the smoothing inductors. Glad to see the zip ties holding them to the board too, I've repaired a few amps where the inductor mass broke the leads or foils (Earthquake & US Amps). Looks much different than the old school SS stuff. J |
very sexy amp

build quality looks good.

Manufacturers have done a great job of prettying up the insides of amps. These days it doesn't matter if it is an inexpensive fleabag amp or high dollar, they all look good inside.
Contrary to the amps of old. Here is a photo of the inside of an Alpine 3545, which many will argue as one of the best amps ever produced: http://i8.ebayimg.com/01/i/07/e4/41/6d_1.JPG At that time most amps looked like this inside. :smokin: |
