Hi everyone,

I have a new Mercedes benz C230 kompressor sport sedan ordered and I am ordering a new sound system to go in it as well. Im looking on opinions on what this setup will be like.

Alpine cda-7998 head unit,
Alpine Mrv-f540 for the front and rear soundstage
Alpine Mrv-m500 for the sub
Mb Quart Q series seperates for the front and rear
JL audio 12W7 dvc sub for the lows.....

This seems like a decent setup for my car. Im after good sound q and good low end for sq....

thanks

If I get anything besides alpine, Im going to get mcintosh. but that's crazy $$$. I have had alpine gear before and ran excellent. these new alpine v12 sound good, and go well with my install, in the back of the benzo! look very clean....

in my opinion, that equipment SHOULD play music in your car if hooked up correctly.
