Okay...bought a Yellow Top at Costco on Saturday...it comes WITH a special clamp for ALL major makes of cars...you just have to look for the package of clamps...they were strewn all around the batteries, falling in between the racks...got the size for my car according to Optima's customer service people (I called them!)...thanks for all the help...

Or you could put the battery in the trunk, and then you dont have to worry about how big of a battery you get. Mustangs are pretty nose heavy, and any weight you can get off of the front end is beneficial for handling and racing (if your into that sort of thing).

I put a Taylor battery box in the trunk of mine.
