Hi all i know this has probly been asked before, but i didn't find it.Im looking to find what the average price for yellow top in ont is.I can get a D34 for $190,costco in Ajax doesn't even have optimas and they didn't know what i was talking about have kasey or what ever those batterys are they carry. Was thinking sams club but don't know what they really carry

Sams club carries red tops, I bought mine from there alittle over a year ago. I forget the price but I did search around and found it to be slightly less than other stores. I dont think they have yellows though, atleast they didnt when i bought mine.

Thumbs up Yellow tops

Cavy find your self and Innerstate dealer what you want is a yellow top when I bought mine Worked with a guy that his brother works at a innerstate ware house he explained the diffrence between the 3 don't remember all the spec but red tops are normally used for racers the yellow tops are what you want you want for stereo and spl the 35 series should fit under your hood but the 31 ser. packs a bigger punch and they are trainable if you learn the trick to do it and as for the blue tops they are the marine bateries no good for spl they don't give you the quick discharge you need when you burp they are made to discharge slow and you don't want on in a car they don't do well with a constaint charge

Having used quite a few Optimas (and loved them) I have to say that now that I'm using Odyssey batteries I'll never go back to Optima. All shapes and sizes from 15lb batteries (680A) to 100lbs (1700A) monsters. Build quality is better IMO than the Optimas and price is very good too. Might be an option if you can't find an Optima.
