Question

Hey, I've got the Panasonic CQ-C1300U head unit and an MTX Blue Thunder amp and my amp does not get any power.
I've got the RCA's running from the amp to the deck, the thick red cable from the amp to a little grey box (about an inch big) then to the battery, and the subs hooked up to the amp.
Neither the amp nor the subs are getting any power.
Is all that connects to the deck formt he amp are the RCA's or is there a power wire as well??
Thanks, please help.

Oh and on the head unit there is a cable (blue with white stripe) that says it's for an external power amp. Am I supposed to wire this to my amp somewhere? Would this give me power?
