Paypal Question
#1
I have a question. Say I had a "friend" who bought an amp off of Ebay. Suppose he payed with paypal, and had it set up to debit his bank account, rather than his credit card. Suppose this "friend" got the amp, and only half of the channels worked. Would this friend have any chance of getting his money back, either through Ebay or Paypal? My "friend" thanks you in advance.......

Nope
Paypal rules state if you receive a package of any kind ( yes that includes a empty box) there is no recourse. Or if the seller can show proof of shipping hes of the hook too. Paypal dosent care if the item works or not. the only chance you have is when you pay via credit card then you can claim it on you visa protection. However if he files a claim it will tie up his account for a while but with the info you have listed I have to say hes outaluck with Paypal. These are lessons I have learned the hard way so NEVER PAY PAYPAL WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD
