I'm pretty sure that this was the 400+ SPL Champ car. Notice the alt, custom made from an a/c compressor they cycle the alt on and off. Battery tray undertrunk. 6 and 8 volt batts wired parallel for 14. Hit 151db, I think.

Ya it was a sweet car.
Only 1200watts and 2 15's.
Same setup as mine (1200watts and 2-15's) but I only did 141.7
Although I have stock alt and only running 12 volts [img]smile.gif[/img]
Mics were low, real low.
My car is a 150+ and thats all I could manage.
Real stupid the classes though.
It was fun though.
Got a chance to really pund my system. WHOAH.
I was pounching nickels off my spoiler, suck t-shirts into my port withh 1200 watts at 20 hz! LOL
Which car did you have Bootleg?

Those Kicker pics? That was a '97 eclipse, sweet car. All Kicker. Don't know who it was though? The must have their RTA set sensitive. I could score a 35 in Camrose. I think I only got a 28, they told me that was really high, and they've never seen a 35 before????? Anyone go to the after party? I don't evne know if I one. But my score was:
Installation: 68/70
SQ: 56/70
RTA: 28/40 (I think)
= 152. Plus whatever the SPL is worth. I think you just have to hit 120 db to get 20 points. I had my regal their of course.

Those guys are so poorly organized. I don't know how I placed in my 201-400 SQ catagory. But there is a plaque waiting for me in Camrose that says "Best Install 400+"?
