Pioneer pin out
#1
Hey all,
Was wondering if someone could tell me the wiring harness pinout for a Pioneer 16 pin connector.
The one I have, looking at where the wires come out and the release tab on the bottom, has the speaker outputs (green, violet, white, and grey) on the left. Then all the power connections are on the right which is where it's screwed up on mine.
Normally the pinout is on top of the deck or in the manual, but not this one. I've googled and search to no avail. It's a DEH-P6400 if this helps.
Thanks,
Tye

Call Pioneer, they'll give you the wire colours, and what they correspond to.

EDIT: DEH-P6400 Installation Manual
found that right on Pioneers site... the install manual, gives you the harness pinout.

Just to clarify,
I know what clour wires go where, what has happened is the wires on the right side have come out of the connector and I want to put them back in the right location.
For example: There are 8 pins on the top and 8 on the bottom and the top 8 left to right are: white,white/black,grey,grey/black,blue,red,black and an empty slot.
bottom 8 left to right are: purple,purple/black, green,green/black,orange,yellow,empty slot,yellow/black.
Thanks,
Tye
