I understand Todd. I just want to fix it. That is all. No matter what the amps background, it can be fixed. I want to do just that...
I'm positive there are a few people on this board that can steer me in the right direction. Maybe they just haven't logged in yet, or don't care to share their knowledge with me, but I'm sure by the end of this thread... we will have our amps repaired. Thanks to someone...

If the amp tends to draw more current than your system can deliver the voltage will drop and is something easy to measure, also at low power .5 ohm would not be a problem, but hey, who runs at low power right?
That is an output transistor, you either have a short after them or the power supply voltage is too high.

I can assure you my input voltage to the amp is not too high... if anything a little low. Maybe the voltage to the FET's?
"A short after them"... could you maybe point out where I should be looking? Maybe from one of my pics? Would it be a resistor I'm after? The gate resistors are incoming or outgoing? I tested them and they are O.K. What else should I check? Something is making them pop.
