Hey guys:

I am just trying to gauge if there's any interest in hosting a Sound Quality Summit (http://www.buwaldahybrids.com/sqs.htm) near the NY/Canadian border, about 1.5 hours from Toronto, near Buffalo, NY?

With the help of several key individuals, retailers, and manufacturers, I am hosting several events in the USA and England, and am currently slated to be in Sacramento, California the weekend of April 24. This event appears to be on the verge of cancellation. Is there any interest at all having an event of this nature in the Buffalo area on April 24?

We could adapt the current schedule. And there's at least an initial interest on the part of a notable retailer to host/co-host the event.

I know, it's very short notice, but your comments of the feasibility of doing a Summit in this area would be greatly appreciated. Would anyone be interested in attending for the day of April 24 if we could pull it off?

Regards,

Scott

I'd be interested, but april 24th is out for me (wife's birthday). if there was another summit held in this area on another date, I'd definitely be there.

This location is just 10-15 minutes past the Canadian border.

I thought this sounded ideal for enthusiasts in the Toronto area, Hamilton, Niagara Falls... any southern Ontario enthusiasts.
(to say nothing of Buffalo, Rochester, etc.)

We'd been talking to Scott about making a visit here... and given our location, this seemed ideal for another stop on Scott's trip, for an actual SQ seminar.

I'm excited about it, although we haven't worked out all the details yet.

I'm going to school in Buffalo in the fall.

What are the names of some decent shops down there?
