Their component are good for the price but try to find something better, the crossover and tweeter are good but the mid . And for the amp take the LT series they are just a little more powerful, they are a bit overrated but not very much. Buy them from the state they are half the price(even with shipping, duty and tx ) then the Canadian msrp. http://www.etronics.com/brandscatego...=PowerAcoustik

I have a 6 yr old Fire and Ice 1600.. identical foot print to the gothic series..

I have repaired the amp 3 times.. the solder joints where the rca's go it always come loose, so every couple years i will loose the left channel (Cold Solder).. 8 screws, the board is out, re-soldered and im good to go..

For the power.. I have a Autosound and security mag that did a test report.. -370w per channel 4 ohm load.. I run it 3Ohm a side for approx 450 to 500watts.. my subs pound like crazy.

It will run Mono 3Ohm as i had it running one sub, but protection flips on running at 1.5ohm.

I almost forgot.. my flourescent tube blew a few years back.. I remplaced it with a red cold cathode, same as what a computer uses,, looks nicer and not as ambient of lighting..

For the Price they rock..
