Problems with sub and speakers

Hello I am new to this site and I have been having trouble with my sub when ever I drive in my car and i hit a bump or something my sub will just start kicking on really fast outta no where !! I checked all my grounds and they were fine so were my RCA's I am runnning all my speakers amped on one amp and my sub on another amp and I also have an Equalizer !!

And my speakers when ever I turn the key to start the car they make a really loud noise and when the volume is at like 5 I hear a really bad scrambling noise in the background !!

If anyone has had any similiar problems or knows hot to fix this problem it would be really appreciated !!

Thanks KYle
