Well the build in the sunfire is toast, (don't ask) And I've gotten myself a 96 blazer... So far I plan an escalade front end conversion, 20's, and a 3-4" lower all around.
Now for sound, would my 2 RE SE-10s still be able to fill a cabin that big? they are getting 1400watts rms.
If you think i'll need more, what are your suggestions keeping in mind im going for sq/spl, and listen to alot of different genres. I also want to keep the back seats in if at all possible.

With all that money sunk into mods why would you use lower end sound system components?

I would hardly call the SE low end, but what do you suggest?

I didn't mean pyramid low but in re's line its on the lower end. If I were looking at re it would be the mx or the sx if it weren't an spl setup.

Those 2 subs in the right box in the blazer should be able to do the trick....1,400W is plenty of power to get them going, and if you are doing a lot of performance and appearance mods they will do fine until you get the rest of the work finished......

I've always been a fan of getting the most you can out of what you already own.....if it's not enough, at least it's something until you can do a substantial enough upgrade to make an audible difference.....

Decisions, decisions.......

I guess it depends how bad you want to get really loud now vs. being able to hear anything 20 years from now.......

By all means, get the 4 15s....I did..... Just be careful with the volume on a routine basis.....the odd blast is one thing, loud all the time is very hard on your ears.....

Oh yeah.....4 15s will also probably cost you the back seat.....another thing to consider.....
