Q for those who have ordered from companies like Fi, AA, etc.

I'm looking at ordering an Ascendant Audio Havoc but I'm wondering if I'm going to be hit with anything when it crosses the border. I'd ordered a used amp for $200 and ended up paying almost $50 worth of fees on it. I just want to know what to expect.

all i have learned is to stay away from UPS i have been raped like no tomorrow by them... DHL is always pretty good to me, but USPS is the best price wise, but not to many companies ship large items with them...

When I bring woofers in from the US, it usually costs about 5$ per 100$ the bring it in Via DHL. USPS is cheaper and I REFUSE to use UPS!
