Question

I wanted to ask you all, where do you buy your boards from and what is the average price off one.

also what kind of power supplies do you use and when wireing in a new HU to the board is it the same as in a car/truck.

Thankyou for your time

they really didn't tell us about this

make your own board

use regular car battery with a charger pluged in the wall behind the board.

"If you build it, they will come"
There are some things to be said about boards from distributors, mainly in that they do not want any OTHER brand on THEIR board.
Generic boards are ok, but I.M.O not as good sounding as specially built, and tweaked.
