effeciency is relative.... the MT can be built for SQL for sure but if you get quad stiff spiders its going to end up as a so called 'one note wonder'...

Before you head out any buy the sub(s), do you have the budget to buy the proper amp and wiring to use them as recommended?

If your gonna buy something, order it ASAP, the stuff comes from far away and takes a long time to come in. I've been waiting for a recone since August with no avail.

I suppose you're right - but right out of Daves mouth, he says that ordered "stock" (eg, no custom spiders or coils) the MT is as stated in my previous post. As compared to any other sub in the RE line, the MT in stock form is the most efficient - eg - makes the most noise per watt.

And for those that think the MT can't sound good - please don't believe the hype. Yes, the XXX has the ability to sound GREAT, but the MT can sound good if you put it in a nice SQL box....its no XXX but its no "one note wonder" either....

I know there is alot needed to be modifed for that amp, such as bigger ground and that... I was also looking at the massive audio amps and u.s amps...

I haven't had a problem with their packaging..
My Sx's came with no damage whatsoever.
One Came from Dale at Custom Car and the other came from Ontario.. i'm guessing, from Chris aka Northern SPL.
No problems so far. And I haven't had a problem with the subs yet running 4kw to them.
